You will notice cracks and chipping. You might even see paint chips on the ground in severe cases. Another way is that you want to change the color or look of your house. You don’t always need to wait for your house to be in bad shape to get a fresh new coat of paint on it.
First we power wash the entire exterior to remove excess dirt and loose paint. Then we scrape away any additional loose paint. We then replace any rotten or deteriorating boards (this is an additional cost) Next we caulk with two types of filler, one is a wood filler and the other is for joints. Next we let it dry and then sand it down. Tape and mask the windows and doors. Cover the greenery and we are ready to paint.
This all depends on your choice of paint color and the texture of the exterior. Some will be fine with one coat and some require two. In the most extreme cases a third coat in required but very rarely. We will make sure to go over your options and educate you on your specific needs.
We brush some areas but in most cases we spray. Spraying gives you the cleanest and highest quality finish.
